According to York, “Our homes are more than places to eat and sleep. They are extensions of our lifestyles helping to reduce stress and improve our overall well-being.” York’s extensive research helps to create input into the studio’s design aesthetics, resulting in a handbook of sorts with evidence-based guidelines as to how we can create healthful living elements in our homes, added interior designer Stephanie Parisi. Creating homes that support well-being is an important, emerging trend for 2023. Our studio sets itself apart from others with its dedication to creating beautifully designed spaces which have the added benefit of supporting our wellbeing.
